We want you to be fully satisfied with your Kuvings purchase; if you are not completely happy, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a processing credit.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely pack the juicer or appliance in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and cleaning tools are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Kuvings

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
